Overview
Archer Western Construction, a member of The Walsh Group is currently seeking a Traffic Flagger for the Pasadena 36" Force Main Phase III GMP, in St. Petersburg, FL.
The Traffic Flagger will perform traffic control tasks on construction jobsites for the protection and safety of the public and employees.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assists with proper erection, placement, and removal of traffic control materials
- Assists with the control of flow of traffic around the construction site
- Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
- 1 Year Verifiable Experience Preferred
- Flagger Certification Preferred
- Clean, valid driver's license required for this position
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; may be required to work in adverse weather conditions
- Requires the ability to comply with all safety policies and procedures; communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors to ensure projects are completed properly
- Possess a strong work ethic and desire to learn
- Requires good manual dexterity; may be standing, bending, kneeling or sitting for long periods
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
