The HRBP & Learning & Talent Solutions team supports our Corporate business segment, working to reimagine ways to make Disney an exceptional place to work. We’re looking for that intern to join our team!
This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Burbank, CA area from June 2025-January 2026.
What You Will Do :
As a Corporate Learning & HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with various teams and learn what it is like to support to different professional services clients. You will also gain exposure and familiarity with all HR functions (Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Diversity Equity and Inclusion, Learning and Development, Compensation, which could include specific assignments with these teams. In addition, you could also :
Learn what it is like to support to different professional services clients
Join critical project teams to assist segment-wide initiatives which will provide insight and visibility to all of the businesses within Corporate and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC)
Analyze data and measurement projects to evaluate effectiveness of learning programs
Project management for various in-person and virtual learning events, including new hire orientation offerings
Research and provide the latest recommendations in HR, Learning & Development, and related fields on best industry practices
Gain exposure and familiarity with all other HR functions (Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Diversity Equity and Inclusion, Learning and Development, Compensation, and may include specific assignments with these teams
Required Qualifications & Skills :
Possesses a passion for developing people
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrable ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal partners
Outstanding attention to detail and ownership of tasks and deliverables; able to handle confidential information in a professional manner
Demonstrated ability to adjust to change in a positive, productive manner and respond to competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Technical Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office, including MS Teams (Excel – v-lookups and pivot tables)
Preferred Qualifications :
Exposure to Workday, ServiceNow and / or SAP
Possesses a strong desire to have a career in Human Resources and / or Learning and Development space
Education :
Junior or Senior preferred
Major or previous coursework in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Communications, Social Sciences, Business or other related field of study
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information :
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements :
Be enrolled in an accredited college / university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants : You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and / or program.
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Additional Information :
Candidate must be fully available to work full time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship.
This internship is an on-site / in-office position, but also requires a working, reliable internet connection as well as a quiet, dedicated workspace for the days you may work from home.
Able to provide your own housing and reliable transportation for the duration of the internship program
