Job Summary : Financial Analyst
This department is responsible for ensuring compliance to policy with regard to cash handling at the point-of-sale register at the Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort, across all lines of business. Additional responsibilities of the group include managing special projects and identifying potential fraud.
Responsibilities
This role is responsible for performing audits to test compliance of controls and adherence to company policies, across all lines of business including but not limited to : merchandise, food & beverage, rooms, ticketing, and recreation. Actively partner with area leadership to review findings of compliance audits to correct infractions, discuss control weaknesses, and suggest changes that eliminate fraud opportunities. Maintain a high degree of familiarity with Company policies and procedures in regards to cash handling, cash transportation, and securing of assets. Perform internal control projects, as assigned.
