Role Overview :
If you are a excellent digital product designer, with a keen eye for quality and a passion for crafting impactful and innovative digital experiences, we want to hear from you. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in crafting and executing the implementation of our employee digital experience and communication strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Strategy, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and multiple segment business partners. In this role, you’ll drive current design implementation, design system evolution and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. Your design expertise will be essential in driving the current implementation and future direction of our My Disney Today communication platform.

- Work within the current design system on ongoing and new partner communication needs, ensuring consistent, high-quality design output.

The hiring range for this position in Seattle, WA is 132,500 to $177,600 per year and in Burbank, CA $126,400 to $169,500. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and / or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
