About the Role & Team
Disney’s Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) is the business unit within Disney Entertainment that leads the company’s direct-to-consumer streaming brands : Disney and Hulu.
The segment has oversight over all strategy and business operations for Disney Entertainment’s DTC services, partnering across the organization to make our services the global leaders in streaming.
What You Will Do
Our multi-disciplined team is seeking a creative, proactive designer to build beautiful, compelling visual assets for a variety of audiences, both external and internal, across DTC.
The Design Manager will lead development and design of a variety of assets for both external and internal audiences. They will work primarily for the Direct-to-Consumer business unit and report into the Director, Office of the President to build visuals that tell a clear story, with fun and magic weaved in. While they will primarily support DTC, they will also support Platform Distribution and Product / Technology on an as-needed basis in partnership with our Communications Team.
There are a few key content verticals the Design Manager will own from a design perspective :
- Internal Communications
- Executive Communications
- Infographics
- Events Collateral

Additional Information
The hiring range for this position in CA is $113,800.00 to $152,500.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and / or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
