This Project Manager, Workforce Technology role will be responsible for assisting the Project Team on all coordination activities as well as general activities that help the project continue to move forward. They will need experience with global project coordination activities. They will need a solid understanding of tools such as SharePoint as well as onboarding and offboarding project resources.

What You'll Do
This Project Manager, Workforce Technology role will be responsible for assisting the Project Team on all coordination activities as well as general activities that help the project continue to move forward. They will need experience with global project coordination activities. They will need a solid understanding of tools such as SharePoint as well as onboarding and offboarding project resources.
- Assist project management team
- Analyze data to ascertain project completion percentages
- Responsible for onboarding and offboarding of all project employees
- Process and coordination of data validation activities Coordinate large-scale, global work sessions including, but not limited to, venue, food, presentations, schedule, travel, and attendees
- Work with project team and project managers to validate that all coordination is correctly scheduled
- Maintain project distribution list
- Identify and mitigate risks to scheduled events
- Effective communication between stakeholders
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Maintain project sites such as SharePoint
- Other duties related to project requirements
- Review/Approve and process project invoices
- Minimum of 3 years of related work experience
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
