**Job Title:** Senior Software Engineer
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team at Disney Entertainment ESPN Tech. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and building infrastructure, tools, and services to support data-rich, real-time, and automation-friendly graphics systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of software enhancements for game engine pipelines and features in Unreal Engine 5.
- Work closely with other engineers to write libraries in C , create UE4 Blueprints, and build web services to enable designers to automate in-engine content at runtime.
- Provide ongoing support for developed software, including creating technical documentation and training materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or comparable field of study, and/or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years of related work experience.
- Experience with virtual production tracking systems.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, React.
- Familiarity with Perforce version control software.
- Experience working in media, game design, or related industries.
- Experience collaborating with production and content creation teams.
