Based in Burbank, CA The Director, HRBP will be responsible for supporting and enabling associated clients’ business strategy, enhancing the employee experience and fostering leadership success, in a highly complex and matrixed environment. In this role, you will partner with several clients within the Marketing organization under the Chief Brand Officer and President of Studio Marketing.

Primary Functions and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic business partner to associated leaders on key organizational and people management areas. Lead all organization and HR initiatives in partnership with HR functional partners
- Develop and implement an HR roadmap that includes, but is not limited to: talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, talent planning and career development, leadership development, employee communications, compensation and rewards, diversity and inclusion, and learning.
- Partner with OD in supporting design and structure of organization
- Partner with DE&I in designing and implementing client’ DEI strategy, including education and training of all employees.
- Provide expert advice and counsel to leaders on all organization, leadership, and human resources issues
- Create compelling talent strategies to attract and retain highly qualified diverse talent
- Leads the training/development strategies to close skill “gaps” between current and future skill sets and competencies.
- Analyze and interpret key metrics to measure the success of HR strategies
- Utilize workforce data and insights to tell compelling stories and influence leaders and partners to action
- Partner with leaders to drive high performance teams and an engaged workforce
- Provide relevant and contemporary human resources services that can range from strategy to implementation to support at the transactional level
- Partner with Labor Relations on all Union related topics
- 10 years of experience in increasingly responsible Human Resources or business leadership roles including direct involvement with senior business executives in high growth, entrepreneurial business environments
- Possesses both strategic thinking capability and “hands on” HR plan implementation experience
- Proven experience leading an effective, relevant HR team that delivers integrated business solutions, ideally in a creative environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and leadership capabilities
- Team player who quickly builds trust and collaborative working relationships with business leaders and partners
- Ability to coach sr. level leaders specifically in the Creative space
- Proven ability working in “the gray” and helping teams through uncertainty
- Models excellent judgment and demonstrates the courage to take smart risks that improve business performance
- Be willing to adjust style and approach to best meet the needs of a high touch, fast-paced, nimble, creative environment
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of applicable Federal, State and local laws pertaining to the employment relationship, including in a union environment.

Salary : $200,600 - $245,000
