Requirements:
- Active real estate license in Florida.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dedication to providing exceptional client service.
- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate client needs, with a full-time commitment expected.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage and cultivate relationships with both buyers and sellers to understand their needs and goals.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to determine their specific requirements and preferences in the buying or selling process.
- Guide buyers through property viewings, providing expert advice and insights to help them find their ideal home.
- Assist sellers in preparing their properties for sale, including staging, pricing, and marketing strategies to maximize their property’s appeal and value.
- Negotiate on behalf of clients to secure the best possible terms and prices for their transactions.
- Coordinate with other real estate professionals, including lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and appraisers, to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry regulations to provide informed guidance and advice to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire real estate transaction, from initial contact to closing, to ensure a positive and memorable experience for clients.
- Maintain database and effectively prospect
- Attend team meetings/storm dialing 2x/week and role play coaching.
