- CASE 2: Commercial truck crash; C5-C7 fusion; $1M policy - Offer: $205,000
- CASE 3: Lyft red-light crash; herniated C4-C5; $1M policy - Offer: $90,000
- CASE 4: Commercial carrier; disc replacement surgery; $1M policy - Offer: $180,000
- CASE 5: Scooter vs. Semi | Neurocognitive injuries spine surgeries, $10M policy
- CASE 6: Femoral fracture, brain injury, ORIF, psychiatric overlay, $1M Policy

- Base Salary: $300,000 performance bonuses
- Bonus Option 1: Draw % of settlements/verdicts
- Bonus Option 2: High-performance incentive origination bonuses
