Position Overview:

We are seeking an athletic and physically fit Bartender to join our team. This role involves a blend of bartending duties, providing demonstrations and instructions on our golf simulators, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a professional appearance, an outgoing personality, and the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. The Bartender must become ServSafe Manager certified to ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

Bartending

• Provide exceptional bartending services including mixing, preparing, and serving beverages to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Take food and drink orders and ensure prompt and accurate service.
• Upsell beverages and menu items to maximize sales and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Obtain and maintain ServSafe Manager certification.
• Maintain stock levels and restock supplies as needed.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Customer Service

• Engage with guests, offering friendly and personalized service to enhance their experience.
• Demonstrate and provide instruction on the use of golf simulators to guests of all skill levels.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in bartending or a similar role is required.
• Strong knowledge of various alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
• Familiarity with golf and golf simulators is a plus; ability to provide instruction is required.
• Outgoing, friendly, and approachable personality.
• Professional and alethic appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be willing to obtain ServSafe Manager certification within a designated timeframe.

Minium Employment Standards

• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must wear company provided uniform (Golf dress for ladies and shorts and golf polo for men)
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
