Job Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Car Wash Detailer to join our team at the Wash Shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and overall appearance of vehicles, both inside and out. The Car Wash Detailer will use various cleaning equipment, solutions, and techniques to provide exceptional detailing services, enhancing the aesthetic appeal of each vehicle. Attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering high-quality results are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
1. Exterior Detailing:
- Perform thorough exterior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and polishing.
- Inspect and clean all exterior surfaces, such as windows, mirrors, and tires.
- Remove dirt, bugs, and other contaminants using appropriate cleaning agents.
2. Interior Detailing:
- Clean and vacuum interior spaces, including carpets, upholstery, and floor mats.
- Wipe and polish dashboard, door panels, and other interior surfaces.
- Detail and sanitize all hard and soft surfaces within the vehicle.
3. Window Cleaning:
- Clean and polish windows and mirrors to ensure clarity and visibility.
4. Attention to Detail:
- Pay meticulous attention to small details, ensuring no area is overlooked during the cleaning process.
- Identify and address any specific cleaning or detailing needs requested by customers.
5. Equipment Maintenance:
- Properly use and maintain detailing equipment, such as power washers, vacuums, and cleaning solutions.
- Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs promptly.
6. Customer Service:
- Interact professionally with customers, addressing any inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide recommendations for additional detailing services based on the condition of the vehicle.
7. Efficiency and Time Management:
- Complete detailing tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and accommodate customer appointments.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in car detailing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
