Car Wash Assistant Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Car Wash Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring vehicles are cleaned and detailed to the highest standards.

Duties

An assistant car wash manager has many responsibilities, including:

• Leadership - Provide guidance and direction to all team members
• Team management - Interview, train, plan, assign, and direct work, appraise performance, reward and discipline employees, and address complaints and resolve problems
• Customer service - Answer customer complaints or inquiries, identify and promptly resolve customer concerns, and provide customer support in escalated situations
• Facility management - Ensure the car wash is secure and safe, maintain cleanliness and organization, and manage the team through opening, closing, and ongoing maintenance of the facility during assigned shift
• Policies and procedures - Ensure adherence and compliance with all established policies, procedures, and processes
• Cash control - Make sure all daily proper Recap Reports and deposits are done correctly and in timely manner

Other Duties Include:

- Perform exterior cleaning of vehicles using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment

- Assist with custodial duties to maintain cleanliness of the car wash facility

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
