The Care Partner / Nursing Assistant assists in the provision of patient care and clerical support under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. The Care Partner / Nursing Assistant is responsible for meeting and maintaining established patient care standards and providing patient / family centered care while providing service excellence. Major Duties and Responsibilities : a. Accountable and responsible for the provision of patient care and comfort under the direct supervision of a registered nurse according to established standards, policies, and procedures of Washington Health System. b. Accurately reports information to the registered nurse. c. Assists with clerical responsibilities for assigned patients. d. Completes all technical skills and patient care procedures as delegated according to established Washington Health System Core Patient Care Skills & Responsibilities.
