We are seeking experienced Mortgage Originators in MA and NH to join our lending team. We are looking for independent, dynamic, and energetic sales-oriented professionals. Mortgage Loan Originators need proficient mortgage industry knowledge in order to originate loans and develop realtor and business contacts.

- Outside sales mortgage origination experience with a proven record of developing networks, attracting new clients, and sales delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of the mortgage industry, products, lending practices and guidelines
- Ability to grow through referral networks to a minimum average monthly production goal of $1M
- Strong communication, networking, and analytical skills
- Established referral network
- Excellent marketing skills a plus- Market to realtors, builders, referral partners
- NMLS registration
