The Watergate Hotel is situated within walking distance of the best the city has to offer.
The Watergate Hotel is currently seeking experienced cocktail servers to join our dynamic food & beverage team! Successful candidates will possess the following skills and expertise:
- 2 years direct related cocktail serving and/or bartending experience is required; those with fine dining, upscale and/or luxury hotel experience will be strongly preferred.
- Must possess well rounded beverage knowledge (including craft cocktails, wine, beer, whiskey, etc.) with a strong ability to up-sell and educate our guests on our menu offerings.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule that will include late nights, weekends and holidays.
- Must be physically able to comply with the demands of the position such as: standing/walking for long periods of time while on shift; carrying/lifting heavy trays; negotiating stairs with ease.
- Must be an excellent communicator with fluency in English required; those with bi-lingual abilities will be preferred.
- High school diploma is required.
