We are looking for a unique person with a unique combination of skills.
For us the right candidate will have expertise in AP / AR / Billing and payroll and in addition to the day to day operations of the business office will also have the skills and experience in Human Resources to on board new associates, administer benefits, orientation and understanding and upholding employee law.

Job Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred
- Medicaid billing experience may be required based on state acceptance
- 2-4 years’ experience in a financial role in a Senior Housing Setting preferred
- Excellent organizational
- Experienced Human Resource leader
- Comfortable with the state labor laws
- Must have payroll experience
- Computer and systems literate
- Proven leader
