Job Requirements
2 years’ experience as a maintenance associate in a commercial environment
- Shift available is Sunday-Thursday
Able to work weekends and holidays
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Excellent work ethic with a history of being on time
Able to complete work orders professionally and efficiently
Excellent communication skills
Highly organized
Interested in learning and growing your skill set
Must have reliable transportation.
Experienced with housekeeping, carpentry, painting, wall repair, make ready, HVAC, electrical, grounds, and plumbing is needed.
