What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resident Care Coordinator/Caregiver ~ Memory Care position at The Watermark at the Pearl?

Job Responsibilities:
- Review 24-hour log/follow up on concerns
- Receive and record medication review for new move-in
- Ensure licensure compliance according to OARs.
- EMR Dashboard audit and update
- MAR Audits weekly
- Census review and update
- Review of incidents and regulatory required reporting
- Pharmacy Order updates in eMAR
- Document uploading/filing
- Staff re-education/training
- Complete resident evaluations and service plans
- Attend and participate in meetings
- Scheduling/Covering shifts as needed
- Other tasks as assigned
- Shift supervisor secondary to Memory Care Director
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- Able to work weekends and holidays
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized
- Interested in learning and growing your skill set
- Minimum 3 years in a RCC role or similar clinical management role
- Experience with PCC (PointClickCare) preferred
- Knowledge of OAR's
- Must have previous experience taking part in a state survey in a management role/RCC
- Minimum 5 years experience working in a memory care or combination of memory care/assisted living
- Demonstrated ability to resolve client concerns
- Innovative when creating interventions, finding solutions to behaviors, or creating new policy or procedure
