Resident Specialist (Concierge, Guest Service and Security) Opportunities
Positions immediately available in one of Waikiki’s premier residential condominiums. We are looking to hire individuals to fill all shifts including morning (6am - 2pm), swing (2pm - 10pm) and grave shifts (10pm - 6am).
Our Resident Specialist positions are key team members, responsible for the security, safety, and customer relations for homeowners, residents and guests with an emphasis of providing excellent customer service. As the primary point of contact for various inquires and requests, your responsibilities will include:
- Greet and welcome all residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide prompt and efficient assistance with inquiries related to amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and courteous manner, escalating issues as necessary.
- Ensure the overall satisfaction of residents and guests.
- Manage the front desk, Security Camera and other IT systems.
- Maintain accurate records of guest requests, complaints, and incident reports.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling appointments.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to address resident requests and issues.
- Assist with package handling and delivery.
- Monitor property access and security.

On-Call positions require a person to be available four (4) shifts per month at a minimum. More shifts likely available.
Hourly wage for part-time, on-call positions are $23.75 an hour in exchange for no benefits.
Position qualifications required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Ability to articulate and demonstrate excellent customer service, teamwork and conflict resolution skills
- Have or will obtain within three months of hire, a current Hawaii security guard certification in accordance with HRS 46201-10.5 (Paid training and testing)
- Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED current certification approved by the American Heart Association or the ability to obtain within three months of hire (Paid Training and Testing)
- Basic computer skills for report writing and data collection using Microsoft Office software
- Minimum one year successful experience in hospitality/residential condominium industry in security, guest relations or resident specialist role preferred
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk throughout facility for extended periods of time; ability to lift 50 pounds; vision and hearing must be adequate to perform job duties.
Criminal background and drug screenings are required of successful candidates.
