The Waters of Johnson City is now hiring for full time Maintenance Director to join our TEAM!!!
Monday - Friday 8-4 : 30PM (on-call to meet facility needs)
POSITION SUMMARY :
Maintenance Director ensures the facility is well maintained in a safe and comfortable manner. Responibilities to include survey inspections, heating and cooling systems, supply control, storeage rooms, utility rooms, work orders, fire alarms / drills, vendors and outside contractors, seasonal grounds maintenance, painting, plumbing repairs, preventive maintenance schedules etc.
