The Registered Nurse provides direct nursing care to the residents, and supervises the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. The person holding this position is delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Under the direction of the Administrator, the Admissions Director is responsible for coordinating all admissions and transfers to the facility and works closely with the nursing staff and social services relating to psych / service needs of prospective residents. The person holding this position is held accountable and is responsible for the decision for carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures.
