Position Summary & Primary Responsibilities
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for meeting occupancy and revenue goals in close collaboration with corporate marketing and the Senior Living Consultants at the communities. This position is charged with promoting The Waters to create a positive image in the organization and among the community, referrals, potential residents and their families. The job requires an experienced and dynamic sales person to provide exceptional customer service, courtesy and respect in handling the following responsibilities :
- Achieve or exceed community and region-level occupancy budget
- Assessing the designated market to develop, in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing team, a
marketing plan and budget tailored to the particular geographic region in which community is located
