Assists culinary team in daily kitchen operations : food preparation and production, cooking, serving and cleaning under the direction of the Director of Culinary Services
Prepares recipes utilizing appropriate ingredients to ensure a fine dining experience for residents and guests
Adheres to established standards of food quality, appearance, and presentation at all times
Works as a team with the other kitchen staff, overlapping responsibilities to ensure exceptional service to residents and guests (i.e.; serving meals, dish washing, etc.)
Meets organizational and regulatory expectations, including sanitation, food preparation, menus, nutrition, and documentation
Adheres to strict safety and sanitation guidelines
Provides and serves special diets correctly per our Policy and Procedure
Education & Experience
1 year food preparation or serving experience in a restaurant / senior living or equivalent experience preferred
Must be 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
