Job Description
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will manage and supervise tenant care, ensuring the highest quality of care is received in accordance with state standards and guidelines. You will develop and implement individualized care plans, conduct regular assessments, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
- Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
- Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care.
