We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team at The Wave at Marblehead as a Head Housekeeper. As the Head Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our luxury resort and common areas.

You will also be responsible for inspecting rooms and common areas to ensure they meet our cleanliness standards, as well as managing inventor, and ordering supplies as needed.
**Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness
- Manage inventory and order supplies
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Handle any guest complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Assist in laundry and guest rooms as needed
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
