Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role, located in Sea Girt, NJ, with flexibility for some remote work. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, ensuring a positive client experience, managing executive support, and facilitating communication. The Executive Assistant will also be responsible for administrative assistance as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent understanding of social media and ability to run social media campaigns
- Ability to work independently and be proactive in anticipating the needs of the executive team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MAC computers and other administrative tools
- Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus
- Ability to learn new things quickly and execute on projects efficiently
