Claims Assistant Job OverviewThe Weaver Adjustment Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Claims Assistant to support our claims team with daily on-site inspections, documentation, and estimating of property damages. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and willing to travel daily to various locations to perform key functions of the claims process.

Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

• Travel daily to perform on-site property inspections.
• Accurately scope, photograph, and document damages for each claim.
• Assist in writing content estimates for property damages.
• Coordinate and schedule on-site inspections with relevant stakeholders.
• Upload all documentation, including photographs and reports, into the claims system.
• Provide support in handling various administrative tasks related to the claims process.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and insurance adjusters as needed.

Education, Experience and Skill Requirements:

• Ability to manage tasks efficiently in high-pressure situations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Willingness to travel daily for on-site inspections.
• Hardworking and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of claims processes and content estimating is a plus, but training will be provided.
