Location: Remote with daily local travel (Must reside in PA, MD, DE, NJ)

Job Overview:
The Weaver Adjustment Group is looking to hire a Sales Associate to join our team and be a part of a fast growing and exciting company.
After we generate many of the leads, we visit areas of devastation. We meet with home and business owners and explain our services and how we can help them navigate through their claim, restoring their life and receiving what they are entitled to.
We offer extensive training programs that will equip you with the tools to grow yourself into an industry leader. This is the opportunity to prove that you are an expert to yourself, to get paid the money that an industry leader deserves, while also helping people.
We are looking for skilled individuals who only come along occasionally. You must be driven, aggressive, hardworking, self-sacrificing, attentive, and willing to put yourself in any position to help our clients. We are a team, this is a long-term relationship that allows you to grow, help others and prosper in more ways than financially.
Incumbent must pass background check and be able to be able to pass public adjuster licensing exam.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent understanding of communication and human interactions
- Able to manage themselves in high pressure situations.
- Willing to work hard.
- Willing to travel daily.
- Wants to genuinely help people.
- Able to manage sales leads.
- 2 years outside sales experience preferred.
- 2 years cold calling experience preferred.
- Driver’s License required.
Schedule:
- Evenings as needed.
- Monday to Friday.
- Weekends as needed.
