Job Overview :
As a receptionist, you will be the face of first impressions for our firm by creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for clients, visitors, and callers. As part of our staff, you will form a critical part of our team, by handling the front desk operations, providing administrative support, and assisting with intake. Primary Responsibilities :
- Greet and direct clients, visitors, and vendors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls in a timely and courteous manner.
- Manage scheduling of client appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Assist with intake processes, including gathering initial client information and documentation.
- Maintain office organization, including managing office supplies and keeping the front desk area tidy.
- Assist with client intake forms and case management system data entry.
- Prepare and distribute client correspondence, documents, and other materials as requested.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and scanning.
- Ensure that all visitors and clients are comfortable and have a positive experience during their interactions with the firm.
