What are the responsibilities and job description for the Remote Associate Attorney position at The Weisblatt Law Firm, P.L.L.C.?
Are you an enthusiastic, smart, tough, litigation attorney with 10 years of experience in business or other general civil litigation? If so, we want you! We are looking for a practicing attorney with 10 years of experience with general business law, litigation, drafting and business to business collections. Our seven lawyer Katy, Texas based firm is a great place to work and learn. You will not have to relocate for this position. You will be working on interesting cases from the very first day. We are not a mill. We are a boutique business firm which caters to our clients and takes great pride in consistently providing the highest quality, thoughtful, effective legal representation. We offer big firm benefits (health insurance, 401 (k), etc.) with a small firm atmosphere. We presently work remotely and use the office space and support staff as a resource center / war room as required.

Compensation factors include experience, portable work, and proven ability to generate clients.
Salary : $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year (depending on experience and portable business) plus percentage of new work originated and annual bonus.
