PROJECT MANAGER (MEDIA TEAM FOCUS)

Your Role:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Manager to work directly with the agency Account team and Media team to ensure all Client work is delivered on time and on budget. You will manage how work gets done within the agency, working on multiple Clients, managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

The Project Manager role involves managing the day-to-day operations within the agency, ensuring all projects, meetings, and deliverables are met with professionalism and polish.

• Understand project objectives and scope, including budget and resource considerations
• Lead internal status meetings and key touchpoints to keep the team focused and on-track
• Manage multiple-project workflow and collaborate to prioritize according to client business needs and budget
• Oversee project tasks for assigned account(s), ensuring the workflow for a project keeps moving and any issues are surfaced and resolved
• Special focus on paid media, and supporting the paid media department in keeping all campaigns running successfully
• Partner closely with Account team(s) in support of the relationships they manage
• Accurately assess, communicate, and manage project risks, potential scope changes, and issues
• Manage timelines, meeting notes, next steps, and deliverables
• Develop expertise with the project management tools (TeamWork) and ensure team members are using it correctly

Qualities:

• 1-3 years experience as a Project Manager at an advertising, marketing, or media agency, focusing on client relations and paid media processes
• Ability to work independently in a small, entrepreneurial environment where self-initiative and innovation are encouraged and rewarded
• Expertise in building strong relationships
• Proficient in understanding the processes to deliver integrated communications, creative, and media
• Advanced organizational skills that allow for managing the details of multiple projects with multiple internal teams
• A can-do, optimistic attitude
• Experience in project management software, like TeamWork.
• Comfortable with project planning and budgeting tools.
