Job Summary
Lighthouse Hospitality Group is seeking an energetic, highly motivated team member to join us as Guest Service Agent for The Well House Hotel Hamilton, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, scheduled to open Fall 2024. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. The Guest Service Agent will assist with check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
- Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries with excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage reservations and ensure accurate billing procedures.
- Conduct night audits as required to ensure financial accuracy.
- Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to assist guests effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of guest relations.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience in hotel management or hospitality management is preferred.
- Proficient in front desk operations and guest services.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
