Requirements
- Minimum requirement of 2 years of 1-on-1 personal training experience
- Ability and confidence in creating personalized exercise programming for clients with various goals
- Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new tools
- Candidate must present excellent customer service skills, have prior experience of sales or willingness to learn sales skills, be communicative and assertive, and be willing to take guidance from active owner
- Candidate must have an active, nationally accredited Certified Personal Trainer Certification (CPT) as well as a current First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
- Conduct personal training sessions tailored to individual client needs
- Design and implement personalized fitness programs
- Provide guidance on proper body mechanics and exercise techniques
- Demonstrate knowledge of physiology and anatomy in training sessions
- Utilize sales skills to promote fitness services and products
- Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
- Provide guidance and accountability in other lifestyle areas such as nutrition, stress management, and sleep
