Our client is a growing construction and real-estate company seeking an experienced fintech professional to join their leadership team. This role requires a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to oversee and manage financial operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Accounting: Oversee all accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Job Costing: Manage and track job costing to ensure project profitability and adherence to budgets
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports to leadership, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards
- Payroll: Oversee payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation
- Audit Management: Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring all financial records and certificates are accurate and compliant with regulatory and insurance requirements
- Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable (AR/AP): Supervise the management of AR and AP, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and payments
