Servicing Financial Advisor - Hendersonville, TN (On-site)

Our client is seeking a dynamic and caring Service Advisor to join their retirement focused RIA. They have been voted best investment services firm multiple years in a row and it is due to their true love and commitment for their clients and community. The Servicing Financial Advisor's primary focus is to free the Lead Advisor which includes conducting financial analyses, preparing financial plans, and making customized investment recommendations for less complex clients with the guidance of the Lead Advisor. Key duties for this role include deepening relationships with clients, meeting with clients typically transitioned from Lead Advisor, portfolio risk analysis, and providing investment recommendations based on research. The SFA is fully accountable for client retention. This position has excellent growth opportunity! They will allow the Lead Advisor to focus on new business and maintaining only the most complex and highest value client relationships. This position provides base pay with an excellent commission structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist lead advisor with preparing for client/prospect meetings, focusing on planning discussions, case analysis and recommendations
- Work with CRA to ensure client/prospect paperwork is prepared
- Conduct in person and scheduled telephone reviews with clients. Be adept in providing detailed performance results, recommendations and advice and answer questions as it pertains to the client’s account(s)
- Provide detailed dictations of all phone and in person client reviews and ensure this data is input into the RedTail system
- Effectively and accurately update client financial data using the company’s client financial questionnaire (CFQ)
- Consistently seek to obtain outside assets from current clients
- Review work methods and procedures for possible improvements and efficiencies
- Consistently review database to ensure client records are up to date
- Maintain strong compliance documentation
- Respond timely to advice-related client calls and inquiries
- Maintain current licenses and appointments with agencies and companies
- Effectively delegate administrative and non-asset producing activities to CRA and administrative staff
Requirements and skills:
- State health/life insurance and Series 65 licensure required
- 3-5 Years prior experience working in the financial industry

- Working knowledge of computers and software
- Not adverse to change
- Ability to learn quickly
- Able to prioritize; deadline and detail sensitive
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Possess a passion to help team and clients
- Ability to market to local clients transitioned from Lead Advisor
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
- Phenomenal presentation skills (in person and over the phone), persuasive ability and the ability to build trust with clients
- Operate with a proactive approach when dealing with Lead Advisor and clients
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Extremely goal oriented and demonstrate persistence to achieve quality
Benefits:
- $60,000 Base salary plus commissions. (All Service Advisors are making a minimum of $100K-$150K)
