As they continue to expand, they are seeking an experienced finance professional to join the leadership team and drive financial strategy across the organization.
This leadership role is responsible for overseeing and managing financial operations. Key responsibilities include accounting, job costing, financial reporting, payroll, audit management, accounts receivable/accounts payable (AR/AP), cash-flow management, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Manage and track job costing to ensure project profitability and adherence to budgets
- Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports to leadership, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards
- Oversee payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation
- Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring all financial records and certificates are accurate and compliant with regulatory and insurance requirements
- Supervise the management of AR and AP, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and payments
- Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational needs
- Lead financial forecasting efforts, providing accurate predictions of the company's financial future to support strategic planning
