Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management : Lead and manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish, including planning, procurement, execution, and closeout. Ensure that projects meet deadlines, stay within budget, and adhere to high-quality standards.
- Team Leadership : Manage teams, including Construction Managers, subcontractors, and internal staff, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and motivation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Client Relations : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project.
- Budget & Schedule Management : Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, monitor project progress, and take corrective actions when necessary to stay on track.
- Problem-Solving : Address and resolve any challenges or conflicts that arise during the project, ensuring smooth operations and minimal disruptions.
- Safety & Compliance : Ensure strict adherence to OSHA regulations, safety standards, and local compliance requirements on all job sites.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure roofing work meets both client expectations and regulatory standards, with a focus on long-term durability and performance.
- Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and progress reports. Provide regular updates to clients and upper management.
