Our client, a F500 food manufacturing company, is seeking a dedicated Fleet Maintenance Coordinator. Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Order, receive, stock, and maintain inventory for all fleet maintenance parts.
- Purchase Order Management: Issue and track purchase orders for all fleet maintenance vendors.
- Expense Tracking: Monitor and record daily fleet maintenance expenses.
- Customer Support: Screen calls and assist drivers facing equipment issues on the road, ensuring prompt service.
- Vendor Coordination: Dispatch service vendors for emergency roadside repairs.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit the monthly fuel tax report.
- Documentation: Draft, update, and revise correspondence as needed.
- System Maintenance: Maintain and update internal systems, databases, and logs.
- Supplies Monitoring: Keep track of supply usage and reorder as necessary.
- Team Engagement: Attend departmental meetings and training sessions to stay informed and engaged.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 3 years of clerical/admin experience; fleet experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Access, Outlook).
- Strong 10-key by touch skills.
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 3:30 PM (30 min lunch)
Pay: $18-23/hr.
