Our client, a leader in innovative plastic consumer products, is seeking a skilled Process & Equipment Technicians. These roles offer an exciting opportunity for growth in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and Maintain: Manage 10 to 15 injection and blow molding machines, ensuring peak performance and quality standards.
- Set Up and Adjust: Configure machines, molds, and auxiliary equipment according to safety and productivity guidelines.
- Diagnose and Repair: Identify equipment issues, perform repairs, and suggest enhancements to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate: Work with production teams to maximize machine utilization and labor efficiency.
- Train and Lead: Mentor material handlers and maintenance helpers in best practices and safety.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; specialized courses in pneumatics, hydraulics, and plastic processing preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years in a related role, with expertise in injection and/or blow molding processes.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills; bilingual candidates are a plus.
- Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing or walking for extended periods.
