Front Desk Associate Goodyear AZ

The Wellness Center is a holistic and traditional therapy center and yoga studio in Goodyear, AZ. We are seeking a part-time, bilingual (English & Spanish) front desk receptionist. The receptionist must be able to work nights and weekends. We are seeking someone who is responsible, friendly, and has an overall positive attitude to join our wellness center.

Responsibilities:

• Opening/Closing Duties
• Cleaning/Organizing Space
• Communication with Students/Potential Students
• Membership Sales
• Merchandising and Retail Sales
• Managing Schedules for Therapists and Clients
• Registering Clients for Classes, Events

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (Speak English and Spanish) (ideal)
• Excellent communication & critical thinking skills
• Mature, responsible, reliable, punctual, flexible hard working individual with a strong desire to serve the clients.
• Welcoming, warm, upbeat, outgoing personality. Able to take direction, and follow through with projects in a timely manner, with a GREAT attitude. Compassionate, kind communication skills.
• Computer competency and accuracy. 80% of this position entails computer work.
• Yoga knowledge/yoga practice/experience (ideal).
• Working knowledge of both class check in and retail in Wellness Living (ideal).
• Certified Yoga Instructor or Aspiring Yoga Instructor (ideal).
• Willing and able to go the extra mile to provide SUPERB service to our community
