What are the responsibilities and job description for the Massage Therapist office space for rent position at The Wellness Collective?
We have a fully furnished office available for a part-time massage therapist to rent.
The therapist would be able to operate their own business as they'd like, and The Wellness Collective would function only as a landlord, and you would make a rent payment each month.
The rental price includes the furnished office space, use and maintenance of common areas, office cleaning, use of the water cooler, internet, office supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, pens, paper, etc.), use of laundry facilities, use of storage space, and use of the fax/copier/printer.
The rental price does not include linens, lotions, or any other supplies for massage therapy work, an office phone or phone number, marketing, staff for billing or scheduling, or any employment benefits.
We are open to a discussion about rent being per month or per hour of use - please reach out with any questions!
