Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist / Appointment Setter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. An ideal candidate is a great communicator and listener, is empathetic, and has a problem-solving mindset. To simplify, they should be able to solve problems, show empathy, and make customers feel heard, valued, and appreciated. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing our brand awareness, engaging with our audience, and driving traffic to our website. *This is a fully-remote position.*

Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service with great attention to detail
• Reply to customer queries and comments posted on the company’s social media page.
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and quickly via social media based within the scope of work
• Review social media posts to ensure that all inappropriate content is removed and all queries are answered
• Knowing company products and services to effectively communicate with customers and provide them with the correct resolution
• Staying informed on all the current and latest social media trends, innovations, and changes
• *This position does not require cold calling*

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of the social media channels and their best practices
• Ability to provide a positive customer experience
• Excellent writing skills with good attention to grammar and sentence structure
• Ability to manage and handle customers on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Lemon8, and TikTok.
• Working knowledge of social media tools.
• Solid customer service skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1-year experience as a social media representative or a similar role.
• A year of customer service experience would be beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge and/or experience using customer relationship management systems like Go High Level, Meta or similar platforms.
• Knowledge and/or experience using project management, organization, and communication tools like Notion, Excel, Google Suite, etc.

Compensation Package: Determine your own salary!
Base pay plus unlimited commissions based on performance

• This position includes a guaranteed base pay with the potential to earn unlimited commissions based on performance, and the opportunity to significantly increase total compensation.
