LPN

The Wellspring Medical Spa is the Sauk Valley's premier destination for beauty, health, and wellness. We are looking to hire a full time LPN who will work closely with nurse practitioners and staff to provide the highest quality of care for our patients. Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet all patients, providing outstanding patient care and excellent hospitality
• Conduct patient assessments, including vitals, and assist provider with patient treatment plans
• Treating the total patient and administering treatments including medical weight loss, hormone replacement therapy, IV therapies, Vitamin injections, and other health and wellness treatments per protocol
• Utilize strong knowledge of all services to recommend services and products to meet patients’ needs
• Maintain precise medical documentation in line with company policies
• Assist in tracking and stocking of inventory and supplies
• Actively participates in the coordination and execution of business development programs including but not limited to community networking, events, partnerships, and sponsorships
• Serve and protect the clinic by adhering to professional standards, clinic policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements, and by keeping patient information confidential
• Assist with keeping the entirety of clinic clean, disinfected and presentable
• During slow periods, contribute to special projects and assist teammates with center coverage.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Honest, team player with a strong work ethic
• Current LPN license is mandatory
• 2 years of experience in Emergency Department preferred
• Must maintain current license(s) in good standing and provides updated copies upon renewal to management
• ACLS, American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, or BCLS/BLS certification
• Exceptional at starting IV’s
• Availability to work 36 hours/week including weekends
• Confident with EMRs and basic computing skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to participate in team meetings and trainings
• Eligible to work (U.S. Citizen)
• Able to lift 40lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
