Additional information can be found at our web site : https : / / www.thewengergroup.comWhat will you do : This individual works under the direction of the Maintenance Manager and in coordination with the Mill Maintenance Planner.Essential Duties & Responsibilities : Work with Maintenance Planner to import data into EAM.Anticipate and plan for projected maintenance needs.Maintain accurate records of inventories and completed maintenance.Communicate and work effectively with all team members.Follow all safety rules and guidelines.Perform general clean up as needed and keep tools organized.Travel to other mills when needed for preventive maintenance / information gathering.Understand, utilize and navigate the Wenger System.Ensure adherence to Wenger policies, methods, and disciplinesQUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS NEEDED : Minimum High School Diploma or GEDGeneral mechanical background of milling equipmentAbility to manage time effectivelyAbility to climb ladders and work in high placesAbility to work in confined spacesAbility to perform heavy lifting (maximum 80 pounds)Ability to work in dusty conditionsAdvanced computer skillsBasic electrical skillsValid PA driver's license and can drive company vehicle, per policyOther duties as assigned.ADDITIONAL BENEFITS : Introduction to a professional work environment Opportunity for significant contribution with project work Personalized feedback on work habits, communication skills and job performance Familiarity with responsibilities of the agricultural industry in PA Understanding of Wenger's leadership role in the agricultural community Network with Wenger Team Members and other Interns through the Internship Program Participate in an Intern Volunteer Day, Lunch & Learns, Customer Farm Visits - and more!#TWG
