Skills and Requirements:
Our Inside Sales Department focuses primarily on inbound rather than 100% outbound, although a quarter, or so, of the job will allow some outbound business development to help build your book of reoccurring business. Customers reach out to us through phone, online forms, and web chat, and it's the role of our Inside Sales Team to respond to these inquiries, converting them into appointments and customers.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales and appointment setting
- Excellent phone skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities (including active listening)
- Ability to understand customer needs and align them with our company's offerings
- Proficient computer skills, with the capacity to learn and navigate proprietary software
- Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
-Moving/ Relocation industry experience a strong PLUS

Job Duties:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will handle inbound inquiries and transform them into in-home appointments for our outside sales team, as well as opportunities that can be finalized over the phone or online.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, web chat, and online forms
- Qualify prospects and schedule appointments
- Track leads and opportunities for follow-up
- Clearly communicate appointment details to outside sales representatives
- Manage inquiries from house and national accounts
- Attend weekly sales team meetings
