(based on experience and shift differential)

What will I do as a Central Supply Assistant for The Wesley Community?

• Deliver & receive within the Wesley Community campus supplies that are received to certain departments, residents, locations, and central stocking
• Field phone calls and fulfill requests as necessary
• Assume sole accountability for all supplies and materials entering the premises and to maintain records and documents.
• Assist with equipment tasks, and keeping loading dock & central organized and clean
• Receive, store and disburse all (as directed) supplies and materials entering the premises.
• Replenish supplies, empty shredding totes, fulfill supply requests as needed.
• Maintain storage areas in a neat and functional manner.

Central Supply Assistant Requirements:

• Must be responsive and have excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to work and perform in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable working at a high tempo.
• Must be flexible and able to adapt to changes as they arise.
• Must be able to multi-task and understand how to prioritize work activities.
• Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle residents, staff, and visitors, based on whatever maturity level at which they are currently functioning.
