Transportation CNA
Full Time | Days | 9am - 5pm
- Pay rate between $20 - 27.71 / hour
- Transport residents properly to and from appointments both within the facility and outside of the facility.
- Performs CNA duties while out of facility on transport and within the facility as needed.
- Assists with scheduling / coordination of facility transports when necessary.
- High school diploma or GED
- NYS Certified Nursing Assistant Certification
- Experience in transporting elderly persons, preferred .
