What are the responsibilities and job description for the DONOR RELATIONS OFFICE COORDINATOR position at The West Texas Rehabilitation Center?
Performs all duties and office services necessary for the effective, efficient operation of the Donor Relations Department and other departments as needed. Supports fundraising events and donor relations activities that benefit WTRC. Assists and supports donor relations staff with fundraising events, including event planning, management, and execution. Responsible for maintaining the fundraising database (Raisers Edge) and processing reports and lists. Responsible for creating and printing appreciation certificates, thank you notes, flyers, and letters, as well as assisting with brochures. Performs and/or coordinates data entry of donor information. Also assist donor relations staff in other locations as needed for corporate events.
- Shows excellent written, oral, technical, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Possess the ability to work cooperatively with volunteers, corresponding Donor Relations staff, and other staff in a team environment for fundraising events.

- Maintains Razors Edge database to manage and process auction items, master files on events and activities, maintains ongoing documentation of activities, and updates checklists and reports as needed.
- Responsible for creating and processing invitations, appreciation certificates, thank you cards, flyers, and letters as well as assisting with brochures.
- Performs and/or coordinates data entry of donor information.
- Will create social media graphics and update the WTRC website regarding event information.
- Manages & processes invoices for all events underwriting, tracks pledges and donations for events, table and ticket purchases, registration, and sponsorships for WTRC fundraising events.
- Enhances public awareness of WTRC by conducting Center tours and other activities.
- Create and run queries and reports as needed.
- Allocates time and costs to events appropriately.
- Enhances public awareness of WTRC through conducting tours of the center and other activities.
- Performs other responsibilities as assigned.
