Job Description:
- Set up and operate any machine in fileroom.
- Visually verify conformance of work pieces to specifications using measuring instruments.
- Use manual hand tools as necessary.
- Complete work orders from start to finish without supervision.
- Change knives at any machine.
- Change out pads.
- Weld saws together.
- Willing to work any shift including weekends, holidays, or overtime as needed.
- Commitment to safety.
- Excellent attendance record.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to learn and adapt to change.
- Ability to adhere to all safety policies and regulations including wearing safety equipment.
- Ability to work in noisy environment.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
